1. Insist the normal temperature of the supercharger.
When the supercharger is working, the normal temperature of the turbine shell is about 400℃ and the suitable temperature of the compressor casing is not hot. In the running process, if the oil supply for the Cummins diesel generator is too high and the oil supply time is too long, and the city will increase the temperature of the supercharger due to too high temperature of the exhaust and increase the abrasion of the supercharger.
2. Insist normal oil pressure.
In the running process, if the oil pressure is lower than 150MPa, the machine should be stopped and checked to prevent the supercharger from burning down the rotor shaft and bearing due to unsmooth supercharger. However, the oil pressure cannot be too high; otherwise the engine oil may go into the turbine room or compressor room.
3. Strengthen the protection of air filter.
To make the diesel oil injected to the cylinder to fully burn, more fresh air will be needed. After a supercharger is installed onto the Cummins diesel generator, the oil supply of the fuel injection pump needs to be increased. If the air filter is blocked and there is intake deficiency, the power of the Cummins diesel generator will decrease. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen the protection of the air filter to ensure the normal powder of the generator set.
